The Philadelphia 76ers once again take on the New York Knicks. In their first matchup, the Sixers won on a TJ McConnell buzzer beater to win by one. Then, the Knicks came back thanks to a Carmelo Anthony jumper with 0.3 seconds left to win the game by one point at well.
A couple of trilling finishes so far, and you hope another good game is on the way. Of course, it would be nice to see the Sixers win this time. Is there a rivalry here? Eh. But the history between these teams means they will always have a dislike for each other. As it should be.
The Sixers are currently on a 3 game losing streak that started with that loss to the Knicks. They also lost to the Golden State Warriors, playing solid defense on Stephen Curry. But then, in their last game on Wednesday, the Sixers were ruined by the Miami Heat as they lost by 25 points.
The Knicks, since their last matchup with the Sixers, have lost to the Toronto Raptors by one point and beat the Orlando Magic by 11 points.
