2017 NFL Draft: Start Time, TV/Livestream Info, Draft Order

By Kevin Durso, Sports Talk Philly editor

NFL Draft weekend is a huge highlight for football diehards, but for many even just casual fans, the first night and first round of the NFL Draft is as momentous an occasion as a gathering for a Sunday afternoon of game action. Thursday night marks the first round of the weekend’s NFL Draft.

This season, unlike last year’s Draft, there really is not much that can be pinpointed as the picks start rolling in. Last year, the first two picks of the Draft were well known days ahead of the actual announcement by Roger Goodell. This year, not only is the top overall pick not clear, neither is the rest of the first round.

For the Eagles, sitting almost smack in the middle at 14th overall isn’t the worst thing in the world. It’s a solid draft class with playmakers at multiple positions. Given that some other teams ahead of the Eagles may draft for need, that should leave someone on the board that provides instant value to the Eagles. Waiting to see how the rest of the board shakes out before and after the 14th pick should be just as interesting.

Below is the full first-round order, plus programming information for the first-round of the NFL Draft.
