There's no doubt the 2017 NBA Draft class is an awfully special one. There are so many worthy players of being taken No. 1 overall. Lonzo Ball, Malik Monk, and Josh Jackson are players that stand out in the upper tier of talent going into this summer.

Markelle Fultz is the other major name that is looking to make some noise this June. Some people have Fultz as the undisputed first overall pick. Comcast SportsNet got a chance to talk with the 18 year-old guard during last night's contest. Markelle didn't hesitate when asked if he's the best player in the draft.

"No doubt, no doubt," Fultz said. "I believe I'm going to be the No. 1 pick, I think I've put enough work in to do that."

Fultz decided to take in the atmosphere at the Sixers game Monday night in Philly vs. the Nets. It seems that Fultz is touring the nation in the closing games of the season of the prospective teams that might draft him.

While the Sixers seem to be a longshot at the moment to get the No. 1 pick in the lottery this season, the idea of Markelle Fultz coming on to play point guard in Philadelphia is enticing.

Fultz talked about the Sixers as a team in the now and in the future.

"I think they play well together, they've got good chemistry and they're young."

Fultz averaged 23 points, six assists, and six rebounds for the Washington Huskies in one season for the team. Fultz brings a lot to the court and is known as a "do-it-all guard."

When asked about whether or not he "trusts the process":

"Anybody who knows me knows that I've been through a lot in my life," he said, "and I always trust the process."
