Yes, both do share the same name, but both play different sports for Philadelphia. Do you guys know the differences between the two?
Before the Friday night Phillies game, Philadelphia Union Forward Carlos Ruiz met Philadelphia Phillies catcher, Carlos Ruiz. Pretty amazing. They even exchanged jeresys with the number 51, which is only worn by Phillies catcher Carlos Ruiz, while Union wears number 20. But hey, they both have same the name why not give the same number as well.
