Nick Foles to Start at Quarterback for Philadelphia Eagles

As expected, despite a week of Michael Vick being a limited participant at Philadelphia Eagles practice, Nick Foles will make his first start of the season today against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. 

Foles threw for 381 yards and two touchdowns against Tampa Bay in his first career NFL win last December. Against the Giants, in relief of Vick Sunday Foles completed 16 of 25 passing for 197 yards and two scored. 

For the first time all season Matt Barkley will be dressed but Vick is also in uniform as the team's emergancy quarterback.

Expect to see both Zach Ertz and Brent Celek play a key role in the offense as James Casey and Emil Igwenagu will be inactive. 

CB Shaun Prater CB Jordan Poyer, OT Matt Tobin, OT Dennis Kelly, DL Damion Square are the other Eagles inactives.
