Eagles hold off Giants to finish 2015 season at 7-9

The Eagles season finale featured glimpses of what could have been. A meaningless game will do that.

But with Pat Shurmur calling the shots, the Eagles did look like a different team.

The end result was a 35-30 victory over the Giants to close out the 2015 season at 7-9.
