The Philadelphia Flyers (23-19-8) return home to take on Ryan Getzlaf and the Anaheim Ducks  (25-19-7) on Tuesday night. This is the second and final meeting between the two clubs this season. Game time from the wells Fargo Center is 7:00.

The Ducks handed the Flyers a 4-2 loss in Anaheim back on December 27th. That game was the first loss of a California swing that saw the Flyers lose all three games against Pacific Division foes.

The Anaheim Ducks are a big team. They have just one forward in their regular lineup under six foot tall. The pair of Brandon Manning and Radko Gudas are going to have to be strong in the corners and in front of the net for the Flyers to be successful tonight.

Corey Perry is once again leading the Ducks offensively. His 21 goals are tops on the team and in the top 20 league wide. He has size, skill and plays a physical game. Together with Getzlaf, Perry is tough to defend.

Goalie Matchup
35 Steve Mason 31 Frederik Andersen

Steve Mason will make his fifth consecutive start for the Flyers tonight. He is 2-1-1 in his last four games. Mason played both ends of a back to back this past weekend. He was solid in both starts but was unable to get the win in either. Tracking the puck will be a big key tonight for the Flyers goalie as the Ducks will certainly have the big bodies in front.

Frederik Andersen will be between the pipes for Anaheim. The starter for most of last season, Andersen has split time with youngster John Gibson this season. Andersen is a solid goalie though and was on the winning end of both victories against Philadelphia last season.
