Eagles reportedly trade Mark Sanchez to Broncos for 2017 conditional pick

According to Mike Klis who covers the Broncos for 9News in Denver, the Eagles have traded quarterback Mark Sanchez to the defending Super Bowl champions for a 2017 conditional pick.

Benjamin Albright, who is also stationed out of Denver, speculated that Sanchez could be involved in a deal to acquire Colin Kaepernick from the 49ers and reunite Chip Kelly with one of his former quarterbacks from Philadelphia.

By trading Sanchez instead of cutting him, the Eagles will create $4.5 million in cap space compared to $3.5 million. (h/t to Jeff McLane for the cap information)
