Brandon Graham had recent ankle surgery, could miss spring workouts

The Eagles recently found out bad news associated with defensive lineman Tim Jernigan, who underwent surgery on a herniated disc earlier in May.

Now, another Eagles' D-lineman will also miss significant time due to ankle surgery, according to ESPN's Tim McManus. Brandon Graham underwent ankle surgery to promote healing on high ankle sprains.

The possibility of missing most of the Eagles' team activities is pretty high, but the hope is that Graham will be ready to roll once July training camp begins.

Graham, who made 9.5 sacks on the season, played through the injury including forcing the fumble of Tom Brady in order to lead the Eagles to their first Super Bowl victory in franchise history.
