Tuesday's loss in Washington marked eight straight for the Flyers, who are closing in on another 10-game losing streak for the second straight year.

The Dallas Stars come in on Thursday night with wins in five of their last seven games. The Flyers will look to avoid a ninth straight defeat.

Game time is at 7 p.m.

Jake Voracek had three points in Washington to bring his total to 35 for the season. It's been an up and down season from Voracek, but he's started to see some production return to his game lately with two multi-point games in his last four.

Since comments from the team CEO that he was not playing like a top player, Tyler Seguin has been the team's top scorer. In three of the last four games, Seguin has scored two goals. Starting to look more like his usual self, look for Seguin to be a force against the Flyers.

Goalie Matchup
79 Carter Hart 35 Anton Khudobin
7 GP, 2-4-1, 2.68 GAA, .909 SV% 19 GP, 8-7-2, 2.52 GAA, .924 SV%

Since winning his first two starts, Carter Hart has lost the last five, though four of them have hardly been his fault. Hart made 33 saves on 35 shots in his last start on Monday against the Blues, despite taking the 3-0 loss.

It seems like the way to go is to start your backup against the Flyers. It's been working for a stretch of games now. With the Flyers facing Anton Khudobin, another backup will be in goal, but he has solid numbers this season and has played well for Dallas.
