Franchise hero and Super Bowl LII MVP will indeed have a new team in 2019.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the two sides have agreed in principal to a four-year, $88 million deal.

$50.1 million of that money is guaranteed.
The deal cannot become official until free agency begins at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, but barring some massive change, Foles will start for Jacksonville next season and the team will release current starter Blake Bortles.
In his two seasons as the backup in Philadelphia, Foles completed 318 passes for 3388 yards and 21 touchdowns. Of course, he also lead the team through the playoffs twice and managed to win the team its first championship.
For the Eagles part of the deal, Foles signing that deal would give him an average annual value of $22 million. That will almost certainly get the Eagles the 97th pick (the highest possible compensatory pick) in the 2020 draft provided it isn’t cancelled out. Kirk Cousin’s $28 million AAV contract during the 2018 offseason is the only deal in recent offseason that would push the pick’s value down and no such contract is expected this year.
