The Eagles managed to get two wins before heading into their bye week with a 5-4 record.

The bye was very good to the Eagles in their playoff hunt, but not necessarily for the injury report as the report has more players out than it did for the Bears game despite Jason Peters coming off of the report.

Injury Report

Eagles

Out

LB Nigel Bradham

Bradham will miss his fourth straight game, but the good news is that, in his absence, undrafted rookie TJ Edwards has been seeing the field and looks like he could become one of the best linebackers the Eagles have had in years.

WR Alshon Jeffery

Jeffery has been a massive let down already and not playing won’t help that. The Eagles are now essentially down to the recently re-signed Jordan Matthews at the position. Expect to see running backs and tight ends Sunday.

RB Darren Sproles

Sproles only appears on the report because he was not yet moved to IR at the time the Eagles released their report. His roster spot was taken by Jay Ajayi and Boston Scott figures to return punts.

Questionable

RB Jordan Howard

In a game against an opponent that proved vulnerable to the run during their last game and with a team that has become run-heavy, having one of their top two backs questionable is not ideal. It may sting a bit more that Jay Ajayi will likely be limited in the reps he can play as he learns new portions of the offense. That would leave the team relying on Boston Scott to spell Miles Sanders.

Patriots

Questionable

S Patrick Chung

One of New England’s starting safeties, Chung is in the midst of one of his worst seasons even and has recorded just 22 tackles and two defensed passes so far this season.

S Nate Ebner

Ebner is listed as a backup safety, but has yet to play a defensive snap this season and is just a special teamer for the Patriots.

TE Matt LaCosse

Without Gronk, the Patriots tight end group has been pretty abysmal. LaCosse has just three receptions on six targets this season.

DT Danny Shelton

New England’s top defensive tackle, Shelton has already set a career high in sacks in 2019 and has 10 more tackles than he did in all of 2018.

DE John Simon

The starter opposite Guy, Simon has three sacks of his own on the season in addition to recording both a forced fumble and an interception.

RB Damien Harris

Harris is the fifth running back on the depth chart and has just four touches this season.

WR Gunner Olszewski

A reserve receiver, Olszewski has just two catches on four targets this season.
