The Phillies have set a deadline to other teams for Cole Hamels offers and because of the rumors surrounding the ace, the team has announced that Cole's scheduled Thursday start will be pushed back until Friday…if he is still here, that is.

Cole Hamels will NOT pitch Thursday as scheduled. He's scheduled for Friday, but that's after the deadline. Phils don't want to risk it.

The Rangers, Dodgers, Cubs, Giants, Astros and Diamondbacks have all expressed interest in Cole Hamels over the past few days, with the Rangers currently viewed as the "favorite".
