Julie Kramer of Tabernacle, New Jersey, was diagnosed with stage four cancer at the young age of 23. Kramer got everyone's attention by dancing in her hospital room just hours after major surgery for cancer.
Kramer is a huge Phillies fan, and her favorite player Chase Utley came bearing gifts.
