With spring practices over, it’s time to reevaluate the Eagles roster.

This offseason, Smith decided to skip all 10 OTA, voluntary practices. Jason Peters signed a contract that extends his time with the Eagles through the 2019 season. The three-year deal is worth a maximum of $32.5 million with $15.5 million guaranteed.
