Josh Fields Tweets: Prayers For Home State Of Oklahoma; Was He Simply Moving His Locker?

I suppose he could have said he was simply moving his locker but smiling and being coy may have been more fun.  After packing up his belongings caused some beat writers to speculate that Iron Pigs 3b/1b/LF was heading to join the Phillies, he may have simply been moving a locker.

Perhaps Fields was having a little fun with reporters after he had a big night, falling a home run short of the cycle.

Michael LoRe who reported Fields packing his things was "fooled":

Other speculation included the thought that Fields had to rush off to help family in Oklahoma affected by the destructive Tornado this evening.   He now lives in Florida but had his native state in his prayers:
