The Flyers ended 2024 on a high note. But the road trip continues for a few more days into 2025.

The Flyers get back on the ice to open their January schedule against the Vegas Golden Knights.

Flyers Golden Knights Players to Watch

Travis Konecny has maintained his point-per-game pace, but points have been harder to come by of late. He snapped a five-game goalless drought with a power-play goal on Tuesday. He also had just four goals in the month of December, spanning 13 games. He did pick up eight assists in that time.

Jack Eichel continues to lead the way for the Golden Knights. Eichel just had a four-game points streak snapped on Tuesday against Montreal. He has points in eight of his last 11 games, but has scored just two goals in the last 15 games.

Flyers Golden Knights Goalie Matchup

Aleksei Kolosov gets the start for the Flyers. Kolosov entered in relief on Tuesday, making seven saves on seven shots in the third period. Kolosov made 15 saves on 20 shots against the Kings in his last start on Sunday.

Ilya Samsonov gets the start for the Golden Knights. Samsonov made 31 saves in a shutout win over Calgary in his last start on Saturday. He is on a personal four-game winning streak, allowing just five goals in that time. Samsonov made 32 saves on 36 shots in a win over the Flyers on Nov. 25.
