Jerry Crasnick of ESPN reports that the Phillies have agreed to terms with pitcher Dustin McGowan. McGowan has spent most of his career in Toronto. The one-time prized pitching prospect has battled injuries most of his career and has produced mixed results. He was released by the Dodgers after posting a 6.75 ERA in Spring Training. McGowan made headlines last season as he notched a win against Baltimore on April 11, nearly six years after his last win at any level in June of 2008. It's yet to be seen what the plan is with McGowan.
