Phillies finally drop Chase Utley down in the batting order

Another long staple has been moved out of his normal spot in the batting order. Chase Utley, in a prolongued slump and batting just .118, continued to bat third for the Phillies despite his struggles. Today, will change.

Howard is back to his fourth spot in the Phillies lineup after a home run yesterday.
