The Philadelphia 76ers have agreed to a partially guaranteed contract with former North Carolina State point guard and undrafted free agent Cat Barber. This comes a two days after the team signed Brandon Paul, also an undrafted free agent.

Anthony "Cat" Barber, 21, averaged 23.5 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 4.5 assists per game in his final year at North Carolina State. He shot 43.4 percent from the floor and 36.1 percent from beyond the arc.

He played in four Summer League games for the Pelicans, but averaged just 11.8 minutes per game.
