Bryan Colangelo, President of Basketball Operations for the Sixers announced a series of front office changes in the organization. Notably, however, the announcement centered around the promotion of the new Vice President of Basketball Operations, and chief of staff, Ned Cohen.

Additionally, Colangelo announced the new restructured basketball analytics department, and the promotion of Vince Rozman to Senior Director of Basketball Operations.

Ned Cohen joined the Sixers front office this past June after serving as the Associate Vice President of Basketball Operations of the NBA since 2004. Cohen has been a key part of the league's operations and events during his time at the position.

Rozman has been with the Sixers for the past 12 seasons, serving as the Director of Basketball Operations. His job now will include overseeing the team's day-to-day scouting department.

Along with the analytics restructuring, the Sixers also named Alex Rucker the Vice President of Analytics and Strategy.

Cohen replaces Sachin Gupta, and Rucker replaces Ben Falk, who decided to step down from the team.
