The Philadelphia 76ers hosted a group of D-League point guards for a workout on Monday and they've decided to sign Chasson Randle to a 10-day contract, beginning on Tuesday.

Randle, 23, had been playing with the Knicks D-League affiliate, averaging 20.7 points per game while shooting 42.2 percent from the floor and 40.2 percent from beyond the arc. Below is a video of a recent game from Randle, who scored 22 points against the Windy City Bulls on January 6.

Randle played his college ball at Stanford averaging 16.5 points per game in his four years there.

The Sixers are back in action on Wednesday night at home against Derrick Rose, Carmelo Anthony and the New York Knicks.
