The Flyers hit the road and complete the second half of the home-and-home against the Buffalo Sabres on Friday night.

A home-and-home against the Buffalo Sabres is next on the schedule as the Flyers close a four-game homestand on Wednesday night.

The first game of a seven-game points streak for the Flyers came against the Buffalo Sabres, who are back in Philly on Saturday night as the teams opens the month of April.

The Flyers seven-game homestand continues on Friday night as they face off against the Buffalo Sabres.

Some rescheduling moved the Flyers matchup in Buffalo against the Sabres up from early-March to Monday night.

Buffalo scored twice in the first and twice in the second to open up a two-goal lead going to the third. That was enough as the Flyers were dealt a season sweep from the Sabres in a 5-3 loss on Sunday afternoon at Wells Fargo Center. 

The Flyers and Sabres meet for the final time this season, as they close out the home-and-home in Philadelphia on Sunday afternoon.

For as great as it started, the Buffalo Sabres quickly erased the fast start in the second period, scoring four goals to take the lead in a 4-3 decision over the Flyers on Saturday night.
