The Philadelphia 76ers have waived shooting guard Gerald Henderson, saving room in cap space ahead of free agency, which begins at midnight on July 1.
The 33 year-old shooting guard is seeking a contract in the $16-18 million/year range.
It appears that the 26th overall from 2016 is headed to Philadelphia.
