Washington Nationals ace Stephen Strasburg will opt out of his current contract with the Washington Nationals and become a free agent.
As they have done quite a bit this season, the Phillies followed a devastating loss with a gutsy win, rallying to take the lead in the bottom of the fifth and pulling ahead for good in the seventh to claim an 8-6 win over the Nationals at Citizens Bank Park.
