New York: The buzz of March Madness is in full gear with the conference tournaments and for the Villanova Wildcats, their way to get into the NCAA Tournament would be to make the Finals of the Big East. Villanova would do battle with Seton Hall Pirates from Madison Square Garden in the 1st round of the Big East Tournament.  Villanova comes into the game off a terrible loss to Georgetown

Villanova would win both Regular season battles against Seton Hall.

Lineup:

How the game went:
Villanova would jump out early on Seton Hall for 20-6 lead with 11:22 left in the 1st half & then got the lead up to 28-10 with 7:55 left in 1st half, Wildcats would be shooting 4-5 from 3 PT Range, Seton Hall would attempt to cut into the Wildcats lead and got it down to 29-14. Villanova would have a lead of 19 in the first half & would take a 35-17 lead into half.  As we have seen throughout the season, when Villanova has these big leads, they have been unable to hold on & could this be a repeat of what we saw in their bad loss to Georgetown.

The Wildcats would pick up where they left off in the 1st half, making things more challenging for Seton Hall. One of the plays of the game was this monster dunk from Villanova Woopa Poplar & got the Villanova fans off their feet as everything was going the Wildcast way

Villanova Eric Dixon would be held scoreless in the first half, but we saw this movie before against Seton Hall & Dixon would get things going, including this basket & Foul

At one point, Villanova would have a lead of  the lead was 50-29, The Pirates would try to cut into the lead & got it down to 12 a couple times but could get it it done as Villanova would roll to a 67-55 win & move on in the Big East Tournament
