Phillies Have Agreement With Starting Pitcher

Jim Salisbury of CSN has a Phillies free agent signing report. He just doesn't know who yet. The Phillies need a starter, preferably someone on the upper end. Better free agent names include Matt Garza, Ubaldo Jiminez, and Ervin Santana. A bigger-risk type could be Johan Santana. Stay tuned.
