According to Tim McManus, the Eagles alternate black uniforms will make a triumphant return this season. They'll be worn on the October 28th game against the Atlanta Falcons.
The Eagles last wore their black jerseys on October 29th, 2009 against the Washington Redskins, and it will be almost exactly three years between their last usage.
