Surprisingly, Penn State tight end Tyler Warren, who was considered by most the No.1 tight end on most draft boards, fell to No. 14 in the 2025 NFL Draft.

The 2024 Big Ten Tight End of the Year, Warren will immediately provide the Colts with some much-needed versatility. As a traditional inline tight end, Warren has extremely good blocking ability and is and adept route-runner and pass-catcher. He’s a bit of a jack-of-all trades type player having lined up as a slot receiver, full back, and quarterback during his time in Happy Valley. Warren was considered the top tight end in the NFL Draft by most experts because of this skill set.
