Most of the Eagles final cuts likely won't be fully known until Saturday, but one player that will not be making the team is linebacker Myke Tavarres.

Tavarres will be released by the Eagles according to his agent Corey Williams. The Eagles need to finalize the 53-man roster by Saturday at 4 p.m.

Tavarres was brought on as an undrafted rookie. His biggest claim to fame in the preseason came prior to Thursday's game, when he said he would join Colin Kaepernick and sit during the National Anthem. He later changed his stance and did stand.

Regardless, with the number of linebackers brought to camp, Tavarres faced long odds and probably will also be left off the practice squad as well.

The Eagles still have to cut 21 players by 4 p.m. on Saturday.
