Flyers Rangers

When the Flyers faced the New York Rangers in the Black Friday game in late November, the 3-1 win felt like one of their more notable wins of the season. That was the fifth straight loss for the Rangers, who followed that up with a 4-10-0 record for the rest of 2024. The Flyers didn’t fare much better, going 6-7-1 for the rest of 2024 following the Black Friday win.

January has seen both teams turn a corner. The Flyers are on a three-game winning streak and a six-game points streak entering Thursday’s game, with a 5-3-2 record in the month. The Rangers have a 7-1-3 record in January and points in nine straight games entering Thursday.

Game time is 7 p.m.
