Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff was reportedly arrested on Tuesday morning on the Walt Whitman bridge for speeding while in possession of marijuana and a gun.

The Eagles released the following statement on the incident: "We are aware of the incident today involving Josh Huff. At this point, we are gathering more information."

At this point, no additional details are known.

The third-year wide receiver has been a special teams fixtures for the Eagles, particularly in recent weeks. Against Minnesota in Week 7, Huff returned a kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown.

This is the third incident involving an Eagles player and the law. Wide receiver Nelson Agholor was accused of sexual assault in June, but no charges were filed. Linebacker Nigel Bradham was arrested one month ago during the Eagles bye week for carrying a loaded weapon into Miami International Airport.
