By Brandon Apter, Sports Talk Philly editor Report: UNC's Brewer to become Eagles next wide receivers coach

The Eagles have reportedly added an assistant wide receivers coach to their staff from the CFL and now, it looks like they have their wide receivers coach. According to Inside Carolina, the Eagles are set to hire UNC co-offensive Coordinator/wide receivers Coach Gunter Brewer as the new head wide receivers coach.

Wide receivers coach Gunter Brewer is leaving Larry Fedora’s coaching staff at North Carolina, multiple sources told Inside Carolina on Monday.

Brewer has accepted the wide receivers coach position with the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles, who created the assistant coach void after promoting Mike Groh to offensive coordinator last month.

This will be his first NFL coaching job. Here's a look at Brewer's coaching resume…

GunterBrewer has coached Randy Moss, Dez Bryant and Justin Blackmon during his college coaching tenure and also coached current Eagles wideout Mack Hollins during his time at UNC.
