The Flyers ensured that a young piece of the lineup will be around for years to come. Forward Sean Couturier has signed a multi-year extension with the Flyers, worth $25.8 million over six years. The deal carries an AAV of $4.33 million. Couturier's cap hit in 2015-16 will be $3.75 million.
The NHL announced time changes for several games on the Flyers 2015-16 schedule. These times changes are not for national telecasts, which will also happen as the season progresses. Seven games now have time changes, including four Flyers home games.
