The Philadelphia Phillies have promoted No. 8 overall pick of the 2017 amateur draft — outfielder Adam Haseley — to Double-A Reading, according to Jay Floyd. MLBPipeline.com ranks Haseley as the Phillies' No. 3 prospect, behind only right-handers Sixto Sanchez and Adonis Medina.

Haseley, 22, slashed .300/.343/.415 with 13 doubles, five triples, five home runs, 38 RBI and 19 walks in 79 games with High-A Clearwater this season.

The Orlando, Florida, native has 160 hits in 137 career games within the Phillies farm system since debuting on June 27, 2017, with the GCL Phillies.
