New Orleans Saints Head Coach Kellen Moore is Interviewing a Myriad of Philadelphia Eagles Assistant Coaches

New Orleans Saints head coach Kellen Moore is picking a fight with Philadelphia! Okay, not really but the former Philadelphia Eagles offensive coordinator IS interviewing a slew of current Eagles assistant coaches for openings in NOLA.
According to Ian Rapoport, Moore is set to interview current Eagles quarterbacks coach Doug Nussmeier at some point this week. This interview should come as no surprise. Nussmeier has coached with Moore in Dallas, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. The pair are very familiar with each other and Nussmeier is more than likely to head to New Orleans in some capacity.
In addition to Nussmeier, Moore and the Saints completed an interview with current Eagles assistant head coach/running backs coach Jemal Singleton. The 49-year-old Singleton joined the Philadelphia Eagles coaching staff in 2021 as the running backs coach and since added the assistant head coach title. Moore was officially introduced as the Saints head coach on February 13 after guiding the Eagles offense to a 40-22 win in Super Bowl LIX. The rookie head coach has made a few additions to his staff and also kept a few former Saints coaches in the building. He has yet to make his two biggest hires, defensive and offensive coordinators.
