Chester, PA: After coming off a tough loss to Inter Miami last week, in which the Philadelphia Union has many chances to get a point but could not, the Union took on Orlando City SC on Saturday night from Subaru Park in Chester, PA. This is the second time that the Union will be playing Orlando City as the Union took them down in the first game of the season for new head coach Bradley Carnell’s 1st win with the Union.

How the game went:

In the first half, both Philadelphia and Orlando City had chances to score, but both were unable to finish. One of the highlights of the first half was the referees making some very questionable foul calls: the Union had 7 fouls, while Orlando City had 5 in the first half.

Early in the second half, Bruno would have a golden scoring chance but could not finish:

Andre Blake would stand on his head for the Union, including making this save to keep the game scoreless:

For the rest of the game, both teams were unable to finish. It was something similar to what you saw in the first half.

The very frustrating game would end up the way it started: scoreless. The Union just could not finish their chances as Orlando City made it very hard for them.

The Sons of Ben would let the officials know how they felt. During the game, the refs made some very questionable calls.

The Union would have 15 fouls with 4 yellow cards while Orlando City had 13 fouls & 5 yellow cards.
