Phillies utility man Andres Blanco left Sunday afternoon's game after injuring his finger in a caught stealing play at third base. He's likely headed to the disabled list as his x-ray revealed a fracture in his left index finger.

Blanco, 32, had been filling in for Maikel Franco, who was hit by a pitch in the wrist during Friday's game in Pittsburgh. He was 1-for-2 with a solo home run in Sunday's series finale before exciting in the fifth inning.

The versatile veteran was hitting .271 with four homers and 21 RBI in 75 games with the Phillies. Likely roster replacements on the 40-man include Taylor Featherston, Darnell Sweeney or perhaps even Aaron Altherr.
