With the Eagles having another IR placement and promoting Britain Covey, they had an open spot on the practice squad.
They aren’t adding another safety, however, they are bringing back veteran receiver Terrace Marshall.

Marshall had spent most of the season with the Eagles, but was last with them prior to his being waived on November 4.
