Eagles Sign 13 To Futures Contracts Friday
The Eagles have signed 13 players to join them in camp next season and did so on the same day as their Super Bowl Parade.
The moves officially crossed the wire Friday.
Signed for camp next season include:
DE KJ Henry, who has been with the team’s practice squad since signing with them in late November.
DB AJ Woods, who spent most of the season with the team’s practice squad since signing with them in September.
OL Laekin Vakalahi, a large Aussie with no prior football experience who the team brought in as a UDFA this past offseason and had with the team all year via the international exemption.
S Andre’ Sam, one of the team’s original UDFA signings following the 2024 draft who spent most of the season with the team.
DB Parry Nickerson, who spent some time in camp with the Birds last year and was brought back to the practice squad in October.
TE Nick Muse, a seventh-round pick of the Vikings that the Eagles picked up in January and kept around for most of the playoff run.
LB Ochaun Mathis, a sixth-round pick of the Rams in just 2023 who joined the Birds in November.
DT Gabe Hall, one of the team’s original UDFA signings following the 2024 draft who spent most of the season with the team.
WR Danny Gray, the third 2022 third-round pick to sign a futures contract with the Eagles in the last month who joined the team shorty after initial roster cutdowns were completed.
LB Dallas Gant, a college teammate of Quinyon Mitchell at Toledo who went undrafted and wound up with the Eagles in November and got to play the week 18 game against the Giants.
RB Tyrion Davis-Price, who joined the team via a futures contract last year after being a third-round pick in 2022.
WR Elijah Cooks, who spent most of the season with the Jaguars before briefly joining the Eagles practice squad in January.
CB Tariq Castro-Fields, a Penn State alumni who has stuck with the team since joining in October.
The 13 new additions join TE Cameron Latu, the 2022 third-round pick who the team signed to a futures deal on January 21.
