Penn State won out over Michigan, Notre Dame, Tennessee, and the hometown team Virginia Tech.
The Roanoke, VA native puts the 2026 recruiting class back at 17 commitments after talented DE Daniel Jennings reclassified to 2025 and enrolled early.
Hart’s commitment gives the Nittany Lions their third player from Virginia in the class, following the commitment of Davion Brown 10 days earlier.
He becomes the fourth commit projected for the secondary (second corner).
