It’s been quite a run for Penn State football in recent weeks.

That continued on Monday night as four-star WR Davion Brown announced his commitment to the program.

The Richmond, VA native becomes one of the 2026 class’s top recruits and the second from Virginia in the cycle.

He is a consensus top-200 player and top-10 in the state.

Overall, Brown becomes the 17th recruit in the class and the third receiver, joining Jahsiear Rogers and Lavar Keys.

It extends a run of recruiting success where the Nittany Lions secured the commitment from Terry Wiggins nine days ago, saw Alexander Haskell commit out of St. Joe’s shortly after that, then managed to get the commitment from standout transfer LB Amare Campbell a few days later.

Brown held many offers, with Georgia and Michigan being among the bigger-name schools to be vying for his commitment.

Penn State originally offered Brown over two years ago.
