UDFA Tracker: Eagles Begin Building 2025 Undrafted Free Agent Class

The Eagles have begun scouring the rookies who were left undrafted following the conclusion of day three of the draft.
As always, that means the Eagles will be on the lookout to add some talent.
Check back here regularly to keep up to date on the Eagles UDFA signings.
Brandon Johnson, S, Oregon (Source)
Johnson transferred to Oregon after 3 years at Duke. Recorded 45 tackles (give for loss) along with an interception and five PBUs for the playoff team and B1G Champion Oregon Ducks.
ShunDerrick Powell, RB, Central Arkansas (Source)
Tough to project since he’s coming from the FCS, but Powell did have over 4,000 yards and 42 touchdowns over his time at UCA. He showed big play burst and speed at the combine but stands at just 5’ 7’’.
Maxen Hook, S, Toledo (Source)
Quinyon Mitchell’s college teammate, Hook finished his fifth year with his best stats – 107 tackles, four PBUs, two interceptions, a fumble recovery, and a forced fumble. The Eagles not only have Mitchell to give his input, but Sirianni has connections to the staff at Toledo, particularly on defense. Hook is a player who had draftable grades on several big boards.
Lance Dixon, LB, Toledo (Source)
That’s no typo – it is in fact another Toledo player. That means the Eagles have the potential for three Toledo defenders on the roster. While the others were fully Toledo, Dixon started at Penn State but couldn’t find the field after two seasons. He transferred to West Virginia for three years before finishing out at Toledo with a career-high 12 games and 46 tackles (six for loss) to go with career highs of two sacks, four defensed passes, and two forced fumbles.
Montrell Johnson, RB, Florida (Source)
In three years at Florida, recorded 2,251 yards and 21 touchdowns rushing. 2024 was his least active year due to a knee injury. Johnson had draftable grades by several analysts, so the injury may be what caused him to ultimately go undrafted. He’s a hard worker according to pretty much all of his coaches, something that’s good for any locker room to have around.
Taylor Morin, WR, Wake Forrest (Source)
Spent six seasons at Wake Forrest. In five years of actually playing, recorded 2,974 yards mostly as the slot receiver. Perhaps more important for his potential to make the team, he returned 76 punts during that time averaging 10.6 yards per return overall. In 2024, he posted a career high 17 yard-per-return average on 14 punt returns.
Hollin Pierce, OL, Rutgers (Source)
A Trenton, NJ native, he’s arguably the best OL to come out of Rutgers in a decade. Played both right and left tackle for the Scarlett Knights, most recently at left. The versatility could help the 6′ 8″, 345lb OL get a spot on the roster. He’s the third player on this list that had several draftable grades from analysts.
B.J. Mayes, CB, Texas A&M (Source)
Spent two years at Incarnate Word, one at UAB, then finished out at Texas A&M. In 2024, recorded 30 tackles, four interceptions, and nine defensed passes in 11 games. He started four games and missed two due to injury.
Darius Cooper, WR, Tarleton State (Source)
Cooper will be a bit of a mystery until he shows up in camp. He’s coming from an FCS school, but was dominant with 1,450 yards last year.
Giles Jackson, WR, Washington (Source)
Jackson spent six seasons in college, 2 at Michigan and 4 at Washington. 2024 was his only really “prolific” season as a receiver, however, as he totaled 893 yards, which more than doubled his total over the previous five seasons combined. He does have both kick and punt returning experience, though he didn’t return at all in 2024 – that was something he did earlier in his career when he wasn’t as involved in the offense.
