After falling behind 2-0 in the first period, the Flyers scored three unanswered goals the rest of the way to secure a 3-2 win over the Vancouver Canucks on Saturday afternoon.

While the Flyers didn’t win the game, you certainly sensed the new energy with so many new faces. The Flyers trailed by two late in the third before rallying back for two goals in 65 seconds to tie things up. They ultimately fell in the shootout, 5-4, to the Vancouver Canucks in Friday’s season opener.

The Flyers open things up on Friday night at Wells Fargo Center going against the Vancouver Canucks. Jake Voracek scored the deciding goal with 8:33 remaining in the third period, helping the Flyers to a 2-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks at Wells Fargo Center.

Four games remain in this grueling November schedule for the Flyers, which closes out at the end of the week. It starts on Monday night with a visit from the Vancouver Canucks.

With seven straight wins in the books, the Flyers continue a five-game homestand with sights set on eight in a row, hosting the Vancouver Canucks on Monday night.
