Logan Morrison of the Florida Marlins Meets His Philly Fans

Posted by Danielle Wilson

On Saturday, Logan Morrison of the Marlins headed over to Carl's Card Shop of Havertown, Pennsylvania to meet his fans, sign some baseballs, and raise money for the American Association of Lung Cancer which supports finding a cure for the disease, which his father suffered and passed away from this past winter. It was a pretty good turnout considering that he doesn't even play for the home team. Regardless, the fans love him here, no doubt about that. My guess is because he is wildly popular on Twitter (@LoMoMarlins). The line was out of the door, and it was filled to capacity in the little shop. It was a great experience for everyone, and it was for a great cause!

Around 4pm, Morrison posted a picture "For the Philly Fans" on his Twitter account:
