Brian Startare – Editor-in-Chief – @brianstartare
Brian Startare hosts shows on weeknights and weekends for the 97.5 the Fanatic. Brian became editor-in-chief of Flyerdelphia in January 2o14.
He had previously been with CBS Sportsradio in Philadelphia since February 2005, where his duties included hosting, reporting and update anchoring.
In addition to his regular talk duties, he hosted pre and postgame shows for the Philadelphia Flyers and Eagles as well as serving as the station’s Eagles training camp reporter.
Startare has worked in television for Comcast CN8 and is also the proud author of Flyer’d Up: Trivia, Facts and Anecdotes for fans of the Orange and Black.
He is also the Public Address announcer for Saint Joseph’s University Men’s Basketball program, a position he has held since the 2005 season.
Startare was born in Philadelphia and now resides in South Jersey with his wife Andrea and their two sons, Chase and Braydon.
