Flyers hire Brady Robinson as goaltending development coach

The Flyers announced that they have hired Brady Robinson as a goaltending development coach.

Robinson joins goaltending coach Kim Dillabaugh on the Flyers staff.

Robinson spent nine seasons in the WHL with the Victoria Royals. He is also a member of Canada's Goaltending Advisory Group. Robinson has over 19 years of coaching experience and spent 15 years as regional manager for British Columbia for the Goaltending Development Institute. Dillabaugh was also a member under Ian Clark, who is goaltending coach for the Columbus Blue Jackets.

Robinson is a native of British Columbia, playing junior hockey in the British Columbian Hockey League.

Goalie development will be crucial to the Flyers, who drafted three goaltenders at this year's draft – Felix Sandstrom, Matej Tomek and Ivan Fedotov.
