ESPN's Jerry Crasnick says that Aaron Harang, who pitched for the Philadelphia Phillies during the 2015 season, doesn't intend to pitch in the league in 2016.

Harang made 29 starts for the Phillies in 2015, logging a 6-15 record and a 4.86 ERA over 172.1 innings.
Harang seemed destined to bring the Phillies a trade return after he posted a 2.51 ERA in April and a 1.62 ERA in May, but struggled mightily the rest of the season, leading his ERA to finish closer to five than the near two ERA he had over the first two months of the season. Harang also dealt with plantar fasciitis, which probably led to some of his struggles, and landed him on the disabled list in July.
If this turns out to be the end of the former sixth-round pick's career, he's done fairly well for himself. Harang does have a career record that's below .500, but he's won over 125 games in his career, including leading the National League in wins (and strikeouts) in 2006, when he went 16-11.
