Stamkos scored two more goals on Sunday in the team's 4-3 win over Detriot giving him a team leading 10 goals on the year.

Girardi's Close Call

Rangers defenseman Dan Girardi is thanking the hockey gods after Saturday night. As he and Toronto forward Nazem Kadri were battling along the boards for a puck, Kadri's skate clipped Girardi on the neck. Luckily the skate grazed the side of Girardi's neck. In real time it looked like it could have been far worse than it was.
