During Sixers training camp at Stockton University last week, veteran point guard Jerryd Bayless suffered a left wrist injury as has been sidelined since, missing the teams' first two preseason games.

According to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer, Bayless had an MRI and the results weren't great. While the Sixers have yet to announce anything on the matter beyond a sore wrist, Bayless told reporters that he might miss games to start the season.

Philadelphia signed Bayless to a three-year, $27 million deal at the beginning of July to secure some veteran point guard depth in what has been a rotating door of players in that position over the last few years. Last season with the Bucks, Bayless averaged 10.8 points and 3.1 assists in  52 games. He shot 42.3 percent from the floor and a career-high 43.7 percent from three point range.
